Tehran's temperature is forecast to drop to 29 degrees Celsius on Thursday, Tehran Province's office of Iran's Meteorological Organization announced. In a report published on its website on Tuesday, the organization predicted minimum and maximum temperatures will reach 21°C and 29°C respectively on Thursday. That is welcome news for the residents of the Iranian capital, where temperatures have hovered at or above 34°C all week. The organization also predicts light showers across some parts of northern Tehran on Friday.
