VP to Visit Iraq

First Vice President Es'haq Jahangiri is scheduled to travel to Iraq in the near future to meet with Iraqi officials to explore ways of expanding trade and economic ties between the two neighboring countries, Fars news agency reported. In a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Tehran last October, Jahangiri said Iran would stand by the Iraqi nation and use all its potential to help them in their campaign against terrorism.
