Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu is scheduled to arrive in Tehran today at the head of a high-level military delegation at the invitation Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan, IRNA reported. The Russian official will hold talks with his Iranian counterpart on bilateral relations and regional and international issues. A memorandum of understanding on defense cooperation between the two countries will also be signed by the defense ministers.
