    US One-Way Dialogue Rejected

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi rejected Washington’s recent threats and its repeated calls for dialogue, saying the US administration needs to forget about any “one-way dialogue” with Iran under the shadow of threat.

“The brave, civilized, and history-making people of Iran throughout history have responded to threats with threats and respect with respect,” Qassemi said on Wednesday, Tasnim News Agency reported.

He said the Trump administration should forget “the idea of one-sided dialogue with Iran under the shadow of threats.”

“The United States should be aware more than ever that in today’s world there is no place for monologue or domination.” US President Donald Trump on Tuesday kept open the possibility of negotiating an agreement to denuclearize Iran, Reuters reported. “We’ll see what happens, but we’re ready to make a real deal, not the deal that was done by the previous administration, which was a disaster,” he said in a speech.
