Promoting Anti-Violence Culture

President Hassan Rouhani's special aide on ethnic groups and religious minorities says Iran is making efforts to promote "the culture of a world free from violence."  In an interview with Fars news agency on Tuesday, Ali Younesi also said Iran seeks "peaceful" and "amicable" relations with other countries.  Elsewhere, Younesi said extremist groups, such as the so-called Islamic State, are in decline because all the people in the region are opposed to them.
