IEOI to Unveil Nuclear Achievements

A senior official at the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said it is set to unveil hi-tech achievements on the National Day of Nuclear Technology on Monday. "A ceremony has been scheduled for April 9 with senior officials in attendance. During the ceremony new nuclear achievements will be unveiled," Ali Asghar Zarean said, Fars News Agency reported. He noted that the achievements are related to centrifuges, isolation of stable isotopes, radiopharmaceuticals, water treatment and power plants. Zarean said that last year's National Nuclear Technology Day unveiled 42 domestic nuclear achievements, which was nearly half the number of products that will be shown this year. In 2017 edition of the ceremony, Ali Akbar Salehi, the AEOI head, said  Iran has joined the countries that supply heavy water in the world market.
