President Hassan Rouhani is due to leave Tehran for Ankara today for the second round of talks with Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, his Russian and Turkish counterparts respectively, on the latest developments in Syria.
Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and some other members of Rouhani’s Cabinet will accompany him on the trip, IRNA reported.
The president is also scheduled to hold separate discussions with his counterparts on the sidelines of the trilateral meeting.
