Ambassador to Yemen Hossein Niknam held a meeting with Yemeni Interior Minister Jalal al-Rweshan to discuss bilateral cooperation, particularly on security issues, ISNA reported on Monday. The Yemeni official highlighted the importance of relations between Tehran and Sanaa and said the two countries should cooperate in the campaign against terrorism and illicit drugs. Niknam, for his part, said the Islamic Republic is ready to help promote unity, security and stability in the Arab country.
