Ambassador to Baghdad Hassan Danaeifar held a meeting with Iraqi Defense Minister Khalid al-Obeidi on Saturday evening, ISNA reported. The two officials discussed bilateral relations and explored ways of dealing with security threats, particularly the so-called Islamic State (IS) militant group, which has seized large swathes of land in northern and western Iraq this year.
