Former first vice president Mohammad Reza Aref says the reformists' strategy is to encourage people to have an effective participation in the parliamentary election in 2016.  "We will try to increase the turnout in the Majlis election in 2016 in comparison with the turnout in the 2013 presidential election, and our target is a turnout of 95 percent," he said in a meeting with students at the University of Qom on Tuesday evening, IRNA reported.  "The Islamic Consultative Assembly needs experts who take account of national and strategic interests," he said.
