The press counselor at the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan denied reports that Iran and the United States have held secret talks on the so-called Islamic State (IS) militant group in Baku, Fars news agency reported on Sunday. Mohammad Ayatollahi said, "No talks have been held between Iran and the United States in Baku."
