Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Monday that the next round of talks between Iran and the six major powers on a final deal to resolve the dispute over Tehran’s nuclear program will be held before December 20, the Russian news agency TASS reported.
“It will be surely held before the New Year, but not in Vienna,” he said. “The 20th is already late, and so it will be before December 20. It will be decided in the next few days,” Ryabkov said
He also said EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini plans to participate personally in the talks between Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) at the level of ministers.
