In a message to Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Karim Massimov on Monday, First Vice President Es'haq Jahangiri congratulated the Kazakh government and nation on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the Central Asian country's independence from Russia, ISNA reported. Jahangiri also said he is assured that the two countries' officials will do their utmost to pave the way for expansion of bilateral relations in all areas.
