In separate messages to UAE Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday, First Vice President Es'haq Jahangiri congratulated them on the occasion of National Day of the United Arab Emirates and expressed hope that the growing bilateral relations would be strengthened through efforts by the two countries' officials. National Day of the UAE, which is celebrated on December 2, marks the anniversary of the country's independence from Britain.
