The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Ground Force on Monday started the first phase of a large-scale military exercise in Dasht-e Kavir in central Iran. Various units of the IRGC Ground Force are participating in the three-day military drills, including the artillery, air defense, drone, infantry and air force units, Tasnim News Agency reported. In the first phase of the wargame, the positions of the mock enemy were hit by advanced and smart rockets with pinpoint accuracy. On Saturday, Commander of the IRGC Ground Force Lieutenant General Mohammad Pakpour had announced that the military maneuvers would be staged in two phases, adding that advanced rockets would be test-fired during the war game.
