The foreign policy spokesperson for the co-ruling Social Democratic Party of Germany said on Saturday that a comprehensive nuclear deal can still be reached with Iran. “I regret the fact that we could not come up with an agreement in Vienna (where the most recent round of talks on a final nuclear deal was held from November 18-24), but an agreement is still possible,” Niels Annen said in an interview with IRNA. “I believe it was right and justifiable to extend these talks, but we should aim to reach an agreement by the end of the next deadline (June 30, 2915),” he said.
