A senior lawmaker said those who have entered Syria without the country’s permission are aggressors and must leave.  Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the chairman of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, also told reporters in Damascus on Wednesday that Iran’s military advisory presence in Syria is not a violation of the Arab country’s sovereignty, as it is being extended at the request of the Damascus government. “If we are present in Syria at an advisory level, it is at the request of and in coordination with the Damascus government, and this is not interference in the domestic affairs of countries,” Boroujerdi was quoted as saying by Press TV. Visiting Syria at the head of a parliamentary delegation, the Iranian lawmaker said under international law, establishing a presence in a country without obtaining the permission of its government constitutes an act of aggression. Boroujerdi noted that the presence of Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance fighters in Syria is also at the request of the Syrian government.
