A former Russian foreign minister has said that conditions are favorable for increasing cooperation between Iran and Russia, expressing satisfaction with the growing relations between the two countries.
Igor Ivanov, who is now the president of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), made the remarks in a conference on strategic cooperation between Iran and Russia, which has been held in Moscow recently, IRNA reported on Wednesday.
He also expressed hope that Tehran-Moscow relations would improve in view of the resolve of the two countries’ leaders to increase bilateral cooperation.
