Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Monday that Iran and Turkey are both determined to expand bilateral ties, IRNA reported. He pointed to continuous contacts between the two countries’ top officials over the past year and said despite the fact that Tehran and Ankara have differing views on some regional issues, the two countries agree that they need to expand bilateral ties to serve their mutual interests.
