Firm Response Awaits Any Aggression

A senior military official warned the US government against any act of aggression against Iran and said the enemy is completely within the reach of Iranian armed forces. "Today, the military forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have dominance over the Persian Gulf region more than ever," Deputy Chairman of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Masoud Jazayeri said in response to recent war rhetoric by some US politicians, Tasnim News Agency reported. "The military and security conditions of the Persian Gulf region today are such that the enemy's forces and equipment are fully within the reach of Iran's armed forces," he said. "If the US warmongers and their stooges make any immature and unprofessional act, they will definitely face the Islamic fighters' crushing response."
