Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani says it is possible for Iran and its international negotiating partners to reach a general agreement by a Monday deadline for a final nuclear deal to settle a 12-year standoff over Tehran's nuclear program. "As far as I am informed, the two sides have had serious discussions, and if we review the frameworks developed so far, we see the ground is prepared for reaching an agreement on the outline (of a final accord)," Larijani told reporters late on Friday in reference to the ongoing nuclear talks between Iran and the major powers in Vienna.
