Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Tuesday sent a message to foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation member states denouncing Israel’s “illegal” and “provocative” actions against the Palestinian people in al-Quds (Jerusalem) and the al-Aqsa Mosque compound. Zarif said the Zionist regime’s measures are part of its policy to Judaize al-Quds. He criticized the international community’s silence on Israel’s aggressive measures, calling for Muslim countries’ response to the regime’s actions.
