First Vice President Es'haq Jahangiri has sent a message to new Indonesian Vice President Muhammad Kalla on Sunday congratulating him on his appointment. Jahangiri expressed hope that relations between Tehran and Jakarta will be increased under the new Indonesian government in view of religious, historical and cultural similarities between the two countries and the enormous potential for increased bilateral cooperation.
