Dual National Linked to MI6 Arrested

Tehran Prosecutor General Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi said an individual with dual citizenship has been arrested in Iran. Dolatabadi said intelligence forces arrested the dual citizen, who is linked to Britain's foreign intelligence service MI6, in Tehran last week, Tasnim News Agency reported on Tuesday. He said the suspect had been active in the economic sector. The prosecutor general hailed the vigilance and dedicated efforts of intelligence forces in the face of hostile plots. Earlier this month, Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei described the Intelligence Ministry as "a very important and crucial stronghold" and the "watchful and vigilant eye of the Islamic establishment."  "The Intelligence Ministry is the tough outer shell of the establishment, which must by no means become vulnerable," he said.
