A parliamentarian said on Saturday if US President Barack Obama does not have the mandate to reach a nuclear deal with Iran, he should step aside from nuclear negotiations so that Iran can hold talks with the US Congress. “Disagreements between the US president and the Congress indicate that a state of disorder exists in this country; and if Obama has no mandate, he should step aside so that we can hold negotiations with the Congress,” Mansour Haqiqatpour said.
