Parliament will hold a confirmation vote on President Hassan Rouhani's nominee for the post of science, research and technology minister on Tuesday, IRNA reported on Friday. Rouhani on November 11 proposed Fakhreddin Ahmadi Danesh-Ashtiani to the Majlis as his fourth pick for minister of higher education nearly two weeks after parliament rejected another of his nominees for the controversial post.
