Greetings to Mongolia

Greetings to Mongolia

In a Monday message to his Mongolian counterpart, President Hassan Rouhani congratulated Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj and his people on the occasion of the East Asian country's National Day, calling for expansion of relations between the two countries. The Mongolians celebrate their National Day on July 11, which marks the country's independence from China in 1921, IRNA reported.  Rouhani hoped for further improvement in bilateral ties in view of "historical and cultural bonds" between Iran and Mongolia.
