Minorities Have Own Media

President Hassan Rouhani’s special aide on ethnic groups and religious minorities said on Sunday that religious and ethnic minorities have their own media in Iran. Hojatoleslam Ali Younesi, who was visiting the 20th Press and News Agencies Exhibition in Tehran, said many newspapers run by religious minorities are published in Iran and distributed around the world, IRNA reported. “Christians, Sunni Muslims and ethnic minorities in Iran run their own magazines, websites and newspapers, nationwide or provincially, enjoying freedom of expression.”
