Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Friday Moscow aims to take advantage of the favorable conditions following the conclusion of the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers to boost ties with Tehran. "Moscow is seeking to capitalize on the reduction of tensions regarding Iran to develop its relations with Tehran," said the senior diplomat who represented Russia in the talks that led to the July 2015 nuclear accord, ISNA reported.
