Former foreign minister Kamal Kharrazi says nuclear negotiators adhere to the red lines set by Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in their talks with the major powers on Iran’s nuclear program.  “There are red lines which are set by the Leader in the Islamic Republic which cannot be violated… Our negotiators negotiate within this framework and with the backing of the nation and the Leader,” IRNA quoted Kharazi as saying on Thursday.  “We should be hopeful about the resistance of the people and the country’s negotiators so that the nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) can reach a conclusion.” He also said, “There is no guarantee that the other side wants to observe our rights because it has always been the case that rights should be claimed; and we cannot expect others to grant them to us.”
