President Hassan Rouhani sent a message to his Chadian counterpart Idriss Deby on Tuesday congratulating him on his reelection for the fifth term. "I hope that in light of the potentialities of the two countries, we would witness an increase in bilateral cooperation in the interest of both the Iranian and Chadian nations," Rouhani said in the message, IRNA reported.
