Uruguay Delegation Expected

Uruguay's Vice President Raul Sendic Rodriguez was due to arrive in Tehran on Sunday at the head of a delegation for talks with Iranian officials on ways to strengthen trade and economic cooperation. The two sides are expected to hold talks on a variety of issues, including oil export, construction of refineries, joint ventures, customs and banking cooperation, marine transportation and shipping, husbandry and science and technology, Press TV reported. Rodriguez's trip comes after recent visits by delegations from other South American countries, including Brazil, Ecuador and Venezuela.
