Armed Forces Commander Major General Ataollah Salehi denied an organized deployment of the Iranian Army's Special Forces to Syria, noting that only a number of army forces are in the Arab country "on a voluntary basis". Some volunteers from the army have been dispatched to Syria, among whom a number of forces from the Brigade 65 (Special Forces), the commander said on Wednesday, Tasnim News Agency reported.
