Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev is scheduled to visit Tehran on April 11-12 at the official invitation of President Hassan Rouhani. This will be Nazarbayev's third visit to Iran since Rouhani took office in 2013 ISNA reported. Meeting with high-ranking Iranian officials, discussing ways to strengthen bilateral ties and holding consultations on regional and international developments are on the trip's agenda. Rouhani visited Astana in September 2014.
