Support for Palestine Continues

Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said Iran will continue to support the Palestinian cause against the Israeli regime. The high-ranking diplomat described Israel as the "root cause of insecurity in the region" and said the new Palestinian uprising (Intifada) is a "natural reaction" to the continuation of Israel's aggressive policy. He was speaking on the occasion of Land Day on March 30, an annual day of commemoration for Palestinians, IRNA reported on Friday.
