A senior military official said the armed forces will not hesitate to employ whatever capacities available in the world to defend the country, except the weapons of mass destruction whose application is forbidden by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. Speaking to Tasnim News Agency on Sunday, Army Commander Lieutenant General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan stressed that the armed forces will take advantage of every "defensive capacity" in the world to boost their power.
