President Hassan Rouhani congratulated his Ugandan counterpart on his reelection for a fifth term, hoping for stronger relations between the two countries. In a message to Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Saturday, Rouhani congratulated the longtime president of Uganda over his recent election victory, Tasnim News Agency reported. The president hoped for expansion of Tehran-Kampala relations in all fields of mutual interest, given the record of friendly and age-old relations and ample opportunities for cooperation.
