US State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters on Thursday that Iran and its negotiating partners could reach an agreement over Tehran's nuclear program by November 24 deadline. "We’re obviously at a pivotal point. We believe we can conclude these by the deadline," Psaki said, according to the US State Department website.
