Greetings to Bulgaria

President Hassan Rouhani, in a message to his Bulgarian counterpart on Wednesday, extended congratulations to Rosen Plevneliev and the nation on the occasion of Bulgaria's National Day on March 3. The president pointed to the long history of "friendly and mutually beneficial" relations between Tehran and Sofia, hoping for expansion of bilateral ties, ISNA reported. Rouhani wished success and health for the Bulgarian president and prosperity and wellbeing for the Balkan nation.
