The Leader's top advisor for international affairs, Ali Akbar Velayati, will visit Russia on April 19-20 to participate in a forum related to Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the executive secretary of the forum's organizing committee, Konstantin Zatulin, said. "The advisor to the Iranian Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on international affairs, Ali Akbar Velayati, will take part. We talked with him personally during his previous visit to the Russian Federation," RIA Novosti cited Zatulin as saying.
