Enhanced Iran-Pak Ties a Necessity

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, speaker of the Pakistani National Assembly, believes enhancement of ties between Tehran and Islamabad is essential to promote peace in the region. "Further improvement of relations between the two neighboring countries with the aim of helping bring peace, security and stability to the region is an inevitable necessity," he said in a meeting with Ambassador to Pakistan Mehdi Honardoust, IRNA reported on Wednesday. Honardoust underlined the need for Pakistan to expand wide-ranging relations with Iran, which is an important regional country.
