Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev is to arrive in Tehran tomorrow at the head of a high-level delegation at the invitation of President Hassan Rouhani. The Azeri leader is scheduled to meet President Rouhani and other high-ranking Iranian officials to discuss ways of expanding bilateral relations and exchanging views on the latest regional developments, Fars News Agency reported. It will be the second visit by Aliyev to Iran since Rouhani took office in 2013. Iran's Ambassador in Baku Mohsen Pakaeen had previously said a number of agreements would be signed in various economic fields, particularly energy.
