India Calls for Enhancing Ties

Indian President Pranab Mukherjee called for broadening multifaceted ties with Iran in all areas. "I hope that age-old relations between New Delhi and Tehran will be further expanded in the future," the Indian president said in a message to his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani on Friday, according to Fars News Agency. Mukherjee reiterated that his country considers Iran as its close ally and is willing to broaden mutual cooperation.
