European Union deputy foreign policy chief, Helga Schmid, arrived in Tehran on Monday for two days of high-level Iran-EU talks. The discussions, co-chaired by Schmid and Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi, will cover a wide range of issues, including Iran-EU cooperation in the fields of energy, trade, finance and the environment, the fight against narcotics and the campaign against terrorism and extremism, ISNA reported.
