Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was to leave Tehran for London late Wednesday to attend an international donor conference to be held today in the British capital to raise funds to provide humanitarian aid to Syrian refugees. Britain, Germany and Norway are hosting the conference, along with the United Nations and Kuwait, Fars News Agency reported. The visit to London is a first by a high-ranking Iranian official in 16 years.
