Envoy Meets Malaysia PM

Ambassador in Kuala Lumpur Marzieh Afkham met Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak on Tuesday. The Malaysian premier highlighted the importance of "longstanding" relations between the two countries and said in view of the "positive outcome" of nuclear talks between Iran and major powers and the subsequent removal of sanctions, his country is keen to increase wide-ranging cooperation with Iran, IRNA reported. Afkham described Malaysia as a "friendly" and "brotherly" country and said Tehran wants enhanced mutual ties.
