Damascus Terror Blasts Denounced

Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossein Jaberi Ansari, in a statement on Sunday, condemned deadly bomb attacks near a holy shrine in the Syrian capital Damascus. Ansari noted that foreign-sponsored militants are attempting to disrupt UN-brokered Syria peace talks, Press TV reported. Earlier in the day, three blasts hit an area near the holy shrine of Hazrat Zeinab (PBUH), the granddaughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), killing at least 70 people and injuring 100 others. The self-styled Islamic State terrorists claimed the attacks.
