Kyrgyzstan's President Almazbek Atambayev extended congratulations to his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani over the recent implementation of the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers, and the lifting of sanctions against Tehran. In a message to President Rouhani on Monday, Atambayev expressed confidence that the development will usher a "new era" in expansion of Iran's relations with the international community and help promote "peace and stability" in the region, IRNA reported.
