President Hassan Rouhani said the lifting of anti-Iran sanctions as part of the nuclear agreement with world powers will pave the way for the promotion of Tehran-Baku relations. The president made the statement in a Thursday phone conversation with his Azeri counterpart Ilham Aliyev who congratulated Tehran on the implementation of the deal, Press TV reported. Rouhani said there is no obstacle to expansion of economic, commercial and cultural relations between the two countries.
