Reformists Seek Moderate Majlis

Reformists prefer a Majlis in which "sensible" and "moderate" lawmakers are in the majority, a pro-reform lawmaker said. Gholamreza Tajgardoun made the statement in an interview with ISNA published on Saturday in reference to the Feb. 26 parliamentary elections. Tajgardoun predicted that former vice president, Mohammad Reza Aref, will top the list of reformist candidates for the Tehran constituency.
